REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO CONTRACT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF PUBLIC RELATIONS AND REBRANDING SERVICES UNDER THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA)

The Workforce Development Program of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DEDC) seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations with considerable and verifiable experience in Public Relations and Rebranding Professional Services.

The services to be provided must be in compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and CFR 200 (OMB Circular) / Procurement Monitoring.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) Guidelines will be available in digital format since October 13, 2021. They can be requested through the following email: PDL.RFP@ddec.pr.gov. Please indicate the name and number of the RFP in the Subject line: RFP-DDEC-PDL- 2021-01 Professional Services WORKFORCE PUBLIC RELATIONS AND REBRANDING.

The proposals must be submitted according to the RFP Guidelines, by email at PDL-RFP-Response@ddec.pr.gov, on or before November 1, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. No exemptions will be made. The DEDC will not evaluate incomplete proposals and reserves the right to accept or reject one or all the proposals in conflict with the best interests of the Program.

This project will be 100% subsidized with federal funds from the WIOA Act.
