REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

UNDER THE FEDERAL FUNDED BUILD BACK BETTER, PHASE I GRANT

The Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DEDC) Will be contracting consulting services to research and plan for the projects put forth in their federally funded Build Back Better, Phase 1 proposal.  A firm will be contracted to provide DEDC Consulting services to:

1. Execute a Mapping of Product Discovery Landscape
2. Define the Strategy and Structure for Air Cargo Logistics

The application guidelines can be requested via email to lizaida.perez@ddec.pr.gov.  Provide the name of the RFP in the Subject line: BBB CONSULTING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

Proposals must be submitted according to the guidelines, via email, to buildbackbetterprocurement@ddec.pr.gov, on or before May 25^th, 2022, at 6:00. No exceptions will be made.

DEDC will not evaluate incomplete proposals and reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all proposals in conflict with the best interests of DEDC.

This project is 100% financed with federal funds from EDA’s Build Back Better, Phase 1 grant.
